User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Prohibited Activities
- Shipping illegal or hazardous materials without disclosure
- Interfering with the operation of our digital platforms
- Providing false shipment values or descriptions
Pricing & Payments
All shipping rates and service fees are provided at the time of booking. By proceeding with a shipment, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable taxes and duties associated with your shipment
- Verify shipment details before confirming bookings
Prices are subject to change based on actual weight and volume verification.
Delivery Timeframes
Timeframes provided are estimates and subject to factors beyond our control, including customs delays and weather conditions:
- Local Deliveries: 24 - 48 hours
- National Shipments: 3 - 5 business days
- International Shipments: 5 - 10 business days
We do not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated in a premium service agreement.
Liability & Limitation
Limitations of Liability
- Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
Insurance Requirements
- High-value items must be insured by the sender before shipping
- Standard shipments include limited liability coverage
Shipment Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that:
- Contains prohibited or restricted items
- Is inadequately packaged for safe transport
- Lacks proper documentation or identification
Returns & Failed Deliveries
In the event of a failed delivery attempt after three tries, additional fees may apply for:
- Re-delivery attempts
- Storage of undelivered packages
- Return of shipment to the sender
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and apps, including logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of ITrust Logistics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
